Wikipedia says the plate lunch is a "quintessential part of the cuisine of Hawaii" and Ambassador could not agree more. Consisting of rice, delicious sides, and different meat entrees, the plate lunch is a well rounded meal full of local flavors that anyone (vegetarians aside) will enjoy.
